San Diego State Univ. scored three power plays in the second period to pull away and defeat the Long Beach State 49ers by a score of 6-2 Saturday night in Lakewood.The 49ers last lost back-to-back games in Tucson against the Div 1 Univ of Arizona Wildcats. Prior to this weekend, the 49ers were undefeated at home.
